Changing the Order of Projects
- Change the numbers in the boxes to the left of the project names and
click on REORDER.
The list of projects is rearranged to show the new order in which they will appear. If you make a mistake while typing in new numbers, click on RESET NUMBERS to reset the numbers to their original values.
Tips for Reordering Projects
The project with the lowest number will appear at the top of the Project Showcase table of contents, and the rest of the projects will appear below it in the order in which they are numbered, lowest to highest. (For example, a project numbered "1" would appear at the top of the table of contents, number "2" would appear below number "1", and number "3" would appear below number "2".) You should try not to assign the same numbers to different projects. If you do, any projects that share the same number will simply be grouped together.
Deleting Projects from the Project Showcase
- Click the REMOVE FROM SHOWCASE button next to the project instance to be deleted.
Note: There is no a confirmation message.
Adding Projects to the Project Showcase
- To add a project, go to the Project Instance Manager and follow the instructions for Adding to (or Deleting from) the Project Showcase.
